Zlooks is a simple digital storefront. We sell Zendesk Help Center themes and we keep things straightforward: we collect as little data as possible, we do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What We Collect

We do not run analytics software, ad pixels, or session recording tools. We do not set tracking cookies.

When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Lemonsqueezy, our third-party payment processor. Lemonsqueezy collects the information needed to complete your transaction: your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. We receive a notification of your purchase along with your email address so we can fulfill your order.

Lemonsqueezy

Lemonsqueezy, a Stripe company, acts as the merchant of record for all Zlooks purchases. Your payment card data is collected and processed by Lemonsqueezy directly. We do not store or have access to your payment card information.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and to respond to support requests you initiate. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment through Lemonsqueezy or to comply with applicable law.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Lemonsqueezy may set a session cookie on checkout pages to facilitate your purchase. That cookie is scoped to Lemonsqueezy's checkout and is not used to track you across other sites.

Data Retention

Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Note that Lemonsqueezy maintains its own records independently.
