1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products ("Themes") sold through zlooks.com ("Site") operated by Zlook ("we", "us"). By purchasing a Theme, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Themes are digital files designed for use with Zendesk Help Center. Each Theme includes Handlebars templates, CSS, JavaScript, manifest configuration, and translation files packaged as a ZIP archive.

3. Purchases

All purchases are processed through Lemonsqueezy, our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemonsqueezy's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. License

Each Theme purchase grants you a license to use the Theme. See our License Agreement for full terms governing usage rights, restrictions, and permitted modifications.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link and license key. Download links are unique to your purchase and time-limited. You can re-download your purchase through the Lemonsqueezy customer portal.

7. Intellectual Property

All Themes remain the intellectual property of Zlook. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership of the underlying design or code. You may not claim authorship of purchased Themes.

8. Disclaimer

Themes are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with Zendesk Help Center but cannot guarantee compatibility with all Zendesk configurations, custom integrations, or future Zendesk platform changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Theme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Theme usage.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Site.
