14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Theme, you may request a full refund within this period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Refunds are processed through Lemonsqueezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Before You Purchase
Every Theme includes free, fully interactive live previews showing the homepage, category page, and article page. We encourage you to thoroughly preview any Theme before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
What's Not Refundable
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Themes that have been substantially modified after download
- Bundle purchases where individual themes have already been downloaded and deployed
License Revocation
Upon refund, your Theme license is revoked. You must remove the Theme from your Zendesk Help Center instance.
