Theme License Agreement

1. Grant of License
Each purchase of a Zlook Theme grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Theme on one (1) Zendesk Help Center instance (one subdomain, e.g., help.yourcompany.com).
2. What You Can Do
- Install and use the Theme on one Zendesk Help Center
- Modify the Theme's templates, CSS, JavaScript, and settings to match your brand
- Add custom features, templates, or functionality to the Theme
- Use the Theme for a client project (the license transfers to the end client's Zendesk instance)
3. What You Cannot Do
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Theme (modified or unmodified)
- Use the Theme on multiple Zendesk Help Center instances without purchasing additional licenses
- Include the Theme in a product or service that allows third parties to extract or use the Theme files
- Claim authorship of the original Theme design
- Remove or alter license or attribution notices within the Theme files
4. Multiple Instances
Each Zendesk Help Center instance requires its own license. Contact us for volume pricing if you need licenses for multiple instances.
5. Agency / Client Use
If you are purchasing on behalf of a client, the license applies to the client's single Zendesk Help Center instance. You may not reuse the same license for a different client.
6. Updates
Your license includes access to Theme updates and bug fixes for the version you purchased. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase at our discretion.
7. Termination
This license is perpetual for the purchased version. However, we may terminate the license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must remove the Theme from your Zendesk instance.
8. Support
Purchases include reasonable email support for installation and configuration questions. Support does not cover custom modifications, third-party integrations, or Zendesk platform issues.
