Before you order

To get the most accurate quote and ensure availability, have the following information ready:

  • Event date and time -- we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for catering orders
  • Guest count -- an estimate is fine; you can adjust up to 48 hours before the event
  • Dietary requirements -- vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, halal, or kosher
  • Event type -- buffet, plated, boxed lunches, or family-style
  • Venue details -- address, access instructions, kitchen availability

How to place your order

Choose your package

Browse our catering menu and select a package that fits your event. Each package includes a main, sides, and a dessert option.

Customize your selections

Swap items, add extra sides, or include beverages and bar packages. Use the dietary filter to ensure options for every guest.

Enter event details

Provide the date, time, guest count, venue address, and any special instructions (e.g., setup time, contact person on-site).

Review and confirm

Review your order summary, confirm the total, and submit payment. A 50% deposit is required at booking; the remainder is due 24 hours before the event.

Tip: Orders over $500 qualify for free delivery and setup. Orders over $2,000 include a dedicated event coordinator at no extra charge.

After you order

Within 2 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, event coordinator contact, and a link to manage your order. You can make changes to your order up to 48 hours before the event date.

Cancellation policy

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
  • 3-6 days before event: 50% refund of total order
  • Less than 3 days: No refund (food has already been sourced and prepared)
Important: Same-day changes to guest count increases of more than 20% may not be possible depending on ingredient availability. Contact your coordinator as early as possible.
